About the Role
Join the growth team at an early-stage AI recruiting startup and help build repeatable marketing programs that connect talent with startup opportunities. You will take ownership across multiple channels, using experiments and measurable outcomes to guide growth.
What You'll Do
Run growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
Develop hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, measure performance, and improve campaigns based on results.
Plan and optimize cold email campaigns, including deliverability practices such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Create and distribute blogs, email, social posts, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories that fit the brand.
Develop SEO through topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
Build marketing partnerships and organize online and in-person events.
What We're Looking For
Zero to three years of experience, with recent, substantive growth or marketing work suited to an intern or new-graduate role.
Experience owning marketing programs and delivering measurable outcomes, rather than only completing assigned activities.
Comfort working across growth channels and evaluating performance through structured experimentation.
Strong content creation skills and an ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Familiarity with outbound email deliverability, paid acquisition, and SEO practices.
Experience or interest in recruitment, HR technology, or AI talent platforms.
Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment and cross-functional collaboration.
