About the Role
Join a customer-facing deployment team working closely with engineering to bring AI-enabled procurement software from pilot to organization-wide adoption. You will turn sourcing and category-management processes into practical workflows, while helping shape product capabilities that can work across customers.
What You'll Do
Lead customer deployments from initial pilot through full organizational rollout, partnering with engineering throughout.
Explore customers' category-management and sourcing processes, then scope workflows that address their needs and can be reused across accounts.
Run discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to translate customer expectations into actionable technical requirements.
Share customer behavior and feedback with engineering, distinguishing core platform opportunities from account-specific needs.
Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and executive stakeholders on long-term rollout plans.
Create playbooks, training materials, and onboarding practices that support adoption across customers.
What We're Looking For
At least three years of hands-on, customer-facing experience working with both end users and senior executives.
Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations, with procurement consulting experience especially relevant.
Experience designing customer workflows, facilitating workshops, translating needs into technical requirements, and managing deployments through rollout.
Ability to turn customer feedback into product requirements and build onboarding materials that scale across accounts.
Fluency in German and English, and experience with DACH-based organizations or customers.
Strong initiative, relationship-building skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity may be available. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany, with some customer travel.
