About The Role

At HappyRobot, our partners are a core growth engine — but only if we're rigorous about which opportunities we chase and disciplined about setting partners up to win.

We're looking for a Partnerships Strategy & Enablement Lead to build the system that turns raw partner-sourced opportunities into a prioritized, well-scoped pipeline, and to build the enablement that lets partners qualify, sell, and deploy on their own.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of strategy, commercial structuring, and partner operations. You'll be the person who decides what's worth pursuing, builds the case for it, and makes sure it actually gets delivered.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Chief of Staff, or a high-growth startup

  • Exceptional structured problem-solving skills

  • Highly analytical with strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling abilities

  • Ability to simplify ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and action plans

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • High ownership mentality — you naturally take responsibility beyond your job description

  • Comfortable working with senior executives

  • Extremely curious and fast learner

  • Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the Head of LATAM on the region's highest-priority strategic initiatives — market research, competitive analysis, business cases, and financial models to support expansion into new markets, customers, and partnerships

  • Build and continuously improve LATAM's operating cadence: dashboards and reporting across sales, deployments, customers, recruiting, and operations, plus the documentation, processes, and playbooks that let the team scale

  • Drive cross-functional execution — coordinating Sales, Deployments, Engineering, Marketing, Recruiting, and Finance to move initiatives from idea to execution, unblock dependencies, and keep the team focused on what matters most

  • Support enterprise GTM and customer projects, including account strategy, opportunity sizing, customer discovery, ROI analysis, and executive-ready materials

  • Support recruiting operations and team-building across the region — interview process improvements, candidate experience, and onboarding

  • Rotate onto the company's most important special projects as they arise — new country launches, partnership evaluations, board materials, executive customer meetings, and any high-impact problem that needs structured thinking

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth technology company

  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS or AI products

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Experience using Notion, Linear, Asana, Airtable, or similar productivity tools

  • Basic SQL or data analysis skills

  • Familiarity with APIs and software integrations

  • Experience working across multiple countries in Latin America

  • Portuguese proficiency
