About DecentraHack 2.0

DecentraHack 2.0 is a 3-round student hackathon organized by the LFDT Student Chapter at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Pune.

Build what matters. Prove why it needs to exist.

The hackathon is centered around three themes:

- Agentic AI

- Blockchain / Web3

- Open Source

Teams are free to identify and solve a real-world problem within these themes and use any tools or technologies they choose, including AI tools.

Our focus is not just on writing code. We want teams to demonstrate why their solution is useful, who needs it, how it can be built, and what real-world impact it can create.

The 3 Rounds

Round 1: Idea Submission

Submit an abstract within a 500-word limit covering:

- The idea

- The problem and real-world impact

- Feasibility

- Novelty

- Architecture

- Revenue model

Round 2: Development Phase

Qualified teams develop their solution and submit:

- A working demo video through a Google Drive link

- A presentation

The submission link must be accessible before submission.

Round 3: Final Presentation

The top 15 teams will pitch their solutions in person on 9 October 2026 at the Computer Building, PCCOE campus.

Teams will present a working demo along with their presentation.

Team Size: 2 to 4 members

Eligibility: College students in second year and above

Prize Pool: ₹15,000+

Requirements

What to Build

Build a working solution that addresses a real-world problem under one or more of the following themes:

- Agentic AI

- Blockchain / Web3

- Open Source

You may combine multiple themes and use any tools or technologies, including AI tools.

Your solution should demonstrate:

- A clearly defined problem

- Real-world relevance and impact

- A feasible solution

- A novel or differentiated approach

- A clear system architecture

- A sustainable revenue model

What to Submit

Round 1: Idea Submission

Submit an abstract of maximum 500 words covering:

1. The idea

2. The problem it solves and its real-world impact

3. Feasibility

4. Novelty

5. Architecture

6. Revenue model

Round 2: Working Demo + PPT

Teams qualifying for Round 2 must submit:

- A working demonstration of the solution

- A demo video shared through a Google Drive link

- A presentation/PPT

Make sure the Google Drive link is accessible before submission.

Round 3: Final Presentation

The top 15 teams will present their solution in person at PCCOE.

Finalists must present:

- A working demo

- Their presentation/PPT

Final presentation date: 9 October 2026

Venue: Computer Building, PCCOE campus

Mode: Offline

Further Round 1 and Round 2 deadlines and submission instructions will be shared with qualified teams through the official participant groups.
