Build a conversational agent that handles a real healthcare workflow — patient intake, scheduling, reminders, insurance verification, caregiver follow-up — from hello to done. Suggested building blocks:

Telephony — must use Twilio to qualify for prizes
Agent Development Framework — orchestrate and modularize the conversation logic
Model (TTS/STT) — power the conversation with the best voice AI models
Knowledge Base — connect to external sources and data for enriched, grounded context
Caller Info — recognize and personalize the conversation to the individual caller

What to Build

A working voice or text conversational AI agent that carries out a full healthcare conversation end-to-end — grounded in domain knowledge and personalized to the caller. Your agent must use Twilio for telephony to qualify for sponsor prizes. Everything must be built during the sprint and demoed live. Reliability, guardrails, security, and scalability are part of the bar, not extras.
