About

About the challenge

Agentic Hackathon is a nationwide hackathon for builders in Bangladesh. Teams start online, build useful AI-powered products with Devin

The goal is simple: bring together capable builders from across the country and give them a clear path from idea to working product. Location should not be a barrier, so the first round happens online. Finalists then meet in Dhaka for a full day of building, learning, demos, judging, and awards.

How it works

  • Apply: form a team of 3 to 4 people, introduce yourselves, and share the problem you want to solve.
  • Build: use Devin during the online round to turn your idea into a working product.
  • Qualify: submit a clear demo and project notes. Judges select the strongest teams.

Requirements

What to build

Build a useful AI-powered software product that solves a real problem. Projects can be web apps, mobile apps, developer tools, productivity tools, internal tools, community tools, or any other working product where agentic AI can make the experience meaningfully better.

You are encouraged to use Devin as part of your build process. The strongest submissions will show clear problem selection, thoughtful execution, and a working demo.

Who can submit

  • Teams must have 3 to 4 members.
  • Anyone in Bangladesh can apply. You do not need to be a university student.
  • Only registered teams are eligible for judging.

What to submit

  • A working project link or deployed demo.
  • A short demo video or screen recording that clearly shows the project in action.
  • A short written summary of the problem, solution, target users, and how the project uses AI or Devin.
  • A repository link, if the project code can be shared.
  • Any setup instructions judges need to test or understand the project.

Judging focus

  • Usefulness and clarity of the problem being solved.
  • Quality and completeness of the working product.
  • Creativity and strength of the AI/agentic workflow.
  • Technical execution and demo quality.
  • Potential impact for real users.
