Expert Project Manager, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training

We're looking for an experienced program or operations manager who is native or fluent in Spanish to run delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents. You'll own throughput, quality and expert performance for the Spanish (Spain) cohort across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR.

Requirements

• 5+ years running delivery programs, ideally expert-data, AI training or professional-services operations
• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals, quality control and review workflows, and daily delivery targets

Details: Remote, 40 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
