Consulting Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced management and strategy consultants who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work as it's done in Germany.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management or strategy consulting
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Experience with strategy, operations and restructuring work for clients in Germany / DACH, incl. Mittelstand and industrial clients

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
