Legal Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced lawyers who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real law work as it's done in Germany.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal practice
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with deep knowledge of BGB, HGB, GmbHG and German court procedure

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
