Senior UX / Product Designer, B2B eCommerce

We're looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer to lead the UX design of Colgate Professional's B2B eCommerce experience. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering intuitive, high-quality shopping experiences, leveraging an established enterprise design system and partnering with the Design Systems team to support B2B-specific requirements and site theming.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end UX design of the B2B eCommerce experience, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs
• Design and optimize B2B purchasing journeys, including product discovery, PDP, PLP, cart, checkout, and account experiences
• Leverage the existing design system to create consistent, responsive, and scalable experiences
• Identify B2B-specific component and theming requirements, partnering with the Design Systems team to request enhancements and site retheming
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UX solutions
• Support usability testing, design QA, and implementation reviews to ensure a high-quality experience

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX / Product Design experience, ideally with B2B eCommerce or complex digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership, user journeys, and high-quality UI execution
• Experience leveraging established design systems and collaborating with centralized design systems teams
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, and responsive design
• Strong understanding of B2B user workflows, interaction design, usability, and accessibility
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Nice to have: Shopify experience, multi-brand design systems, site theming, and familiarity with React-based component libraries.
