- The engagement is expected to be 20-25 hours per week for an initial 3-month term
- This is an immediate need. Candidates should be readily available to interview and onboard if selected
- Candidates should be comfortable and possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt design assets for digital and print formats based on EMEA marketing team requests.
- Support formatting, layout, resizing, mockups, and versioning of existing creative materials.
- Apply Align brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs.
- Prepare assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, and other approved platforms.
- Revise projects quickly based on stakeholder feedback and direction from the internal design team.
- Help manage recurring production tasks so internal team members can focus on higher-level creative projects.
- Maintain organized files and efficient workflows across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Support simple video editing or motion asset updates when needed, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design, production design, marketing design, or creative production support.

- Experience creating assets for both digital and print formats.
- Comfortable working from existing templates, brand guidelines, and stakeholder briefs.
- Strong attention to detail, formatting, and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools such as Asana.
- Ability to receive, interpret, and apply feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Access to personal hardware and required design software; some corporate tools may be provided.
Preferred
- Experience supporting regional or global marketing teams.
- Experience with healthcare, medical device, dental, consumer health, or regulated brands.
- Experience with video editing, light motion graphics, or social video asset production.
- Experience working as part of an outsourced or distributed creative support team.
- Poland-based or able to work effectively with EMEA time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a junior-to-mid-level production designer who is comfortable acting as a reliable execution partner for a busy marketing team. They do not need to lead brand strategy or senior creative concepting, but they should be able to produce clean, accurate, brand-aligned work quickly and consistently.
Impact
This role will help the EMEA Marketing team scale creative output, reduce operational workload on senior internal designers, and improve turnaround time for recurring design and production requests.
