BE LUX is a Blockchain & AI-powered gig economy marketplace integrating hospitality, transportation, concierge, and lifestyle services into a decentralized, on-demand ecosystem. Similar to Braintrust, our model uses blockchain technology and token rewards to align incentives between clients, service providers, and partners.
Where BE LUX differs is in our focus on high-touch, physical services — including luxury transportation, hospitality staffing, AI concierge tools, and on-demand lifestyle support. Our platform merges Web3 marketplace innovation with real-world operations, helping businesses automate, streamline, and elevate their customer experiences through AI and decentralized infrastructure.
With over $10M in lifetime revenue and new enterprise partnerships in the San Francisco hospitality sector, BE LUX is entering a major growth phase.
Role Overview
This is a non-traditional, entrepreneurial role working directly with the founding team to shape BE LUX’s sales, marketing, and digital growth strategy.
You’ll help expand BE LUX’s presence in San Francisco and build the foundation for national and global expansion. This includes:
- Partner outreach
- Sales pipeline creation
- Marketing campaigns
- Platform growth initiatives
- Hospitality & enterprise integration support
Ideal candidates are adaptable, self-driven, and excited about working in a fast-moving Web3 + AI startup environment.
Compensation Structure
Hourly Rate: $100–$300 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
Additional Incentives (optional + not included in hourly rate):
- Performance Bonuses: Based on sales results, revenue KPIs, and marketing outcomes.
- Sales Commissions: Earned from partner signings and enterprise deals.
- Equity Opportunities: Potential long-term upside for high-impact contributors.
- Crypto / $BUX Token Rewards: Additional blockchain-based rewards reflecting project contribution.
Note: Equity and crypto performance bonuses are not included in the hourly compensation range. BE LUX tokens currently have limited liquidity as we are still in early-stage fundraising, so they function more like loyalty reward points at this time, with long-term upside as liquidity grows.
