Description

BUILD A SAFER WORLD.

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.

As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you'll own the execution layer behind TRM's webinars, community programs, and demand generation campaigns, including the registration pages, speaker logistics, campaign setup, and reporting that keep every program running on schedule. You'll take a program end to end, from building the registration page to reconciling the post-event report, so nothing slips and every session ships on time.

This is a hands-on coordination role: campaign goals, audience, messaging, and speaker selection are set for you, and you turn them into flawless execution. The result is more capacity for the team to run more programs, at a faster pace, without dropped details.

**Please note:

  • This is a US-remote contract role
  • The engagement is expected to be 30-35 hours per week for an initial 6-month term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs
  • This is an immediate need. Candidates should be readily available to interview and onboard if selected.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining strong responsiveness during the working day

The impact you will have:

  • Own webinars end to end — build the landing pages, coordinate speakers and co-organizers, and set up calendar invites and presenter links. Run tech checks and content run-throughs, support day-of production and the live session, then handle post-event attendance reporting, cross-system reconciliation, and Marketing Ops submission. This spans our recurring Policy and Customer webinars, regional-language sessions, and fast-turnaround rapid-response sessions.
  • Run logistics for our community programs — including session setup, registration list exports and regional group management, lead vetting and SDR routing, membership growth, retros, and attendee follow-ups.
  • Support campaign execution — build emails, set up campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, and build UTMs. Ops support for paid social and search with our media agencies.
  • Coordinate design across programs — create campaign briefs and run the revision thread through to close-out.
  • Keep the marketing engine tidy — campaign trackers and timelines, meeting agendas and follow-ups, vendor and invoice coordination, and ad hoc support for teams across the company.
  • Use AI and automation to streamline manual marketing workflows, improve existing processes, and increase speed and efficiency across programs.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, community marketing, events, or a related field.
  • B2B SaaS, technology, or fast-paced startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-obsessed. You create clarity in chaos, and nothing slips when it's yours.
  • Able to own a process end to end once trained, juggling several concurrent programs and deadlines without dropping any of them.
  • A strong, clear writer for briefs, async updates, meeting notes, and cross-team coordination.
  • Comfortable across MarTech and webinar platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack), and quick to pick up a new tool from documentation.
  • Proactive about follow-through. You chase the open thread, confirm the detail, and close the loop without being asked.
  • Able to maintain consistent availability and responsiveness during the working day, including jumping on quick calls or shifting priorities when needed.
  • Prior experience supporting a marketing team, with a feel for the rhythm of campaigns, webinars, and demand generation work.
  • Available for approximately 30–35 hours/week for an initial ~6-month contract with opportunity to extend.
  • Based in the US; Central or Eastern time zones preferred, though candidates across the US will be considered.

About the Team:

Marketing at TRM is a small, fast-moving team working at the intersection of brand, product, content, and revenue. This role sits inside Growth Marketing, where our webinar and campaign calendar is one of our most important demand generation engines. You'll work directly with our Growth Marketing Manager, who owns program strategy and will train and direct you.

Learn about TRM Speed in this position

  • Ship fast: from direction to a live program in days, not weeks. When a sanctions designation lands, a webinar page has to exist the same day.
  • Iterate quickly: reconcile and review each program right after it ships, and fold the learnings into the next one.
  • Maintain a high quality bar: every registration page, list, send, and follow-up reflects TRM's standard.
  • Focus on impact: keep programs shipping on schedule so the team can run more campaigns at a higher tempo.

LIFE AT TRM

We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day.

TRM moves quickly. We are a high velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days.

Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

At TRM, you should expect:

  • Priorities and targets to change quickly as we experiment and iterate
  • Work that often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity
  • A high level of personal ownership and accountability
  • Close collaboration across teams and functions
  • Frequent, high-touch communication
  • Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking
  • A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes

This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires comfort navigating ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment.

We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here.

At the same time, many people find this work deeply rewarding. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute.

AI FLUENCY AT TRM

AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM.

We believe AI meaningfully changes how top performers operate. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks.

At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to:

  • Accelerate repeatable workflows
  • Structure and solve problems
  • Improve output quality
  • Increase speed and leverage

You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process.

LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES

We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They're the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.

  • Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.
  • Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end-to-end, and invest in getting better everyday.
  • Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one-team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger.
