Entry-Level AML Investigator (Remote, Training Provided)

Build a career in financial crime compliance with a confidential employer. You’ll review financial transactions, identify potentially suspicious activity, and support Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. No prior AML experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided.

What you’ll do

• Review transactions, verify customer identities and assess relationships with financial institutions.
• Research unusual activity and identify indicators of money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing or sanctions violations for escalation.
• Write clear reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Use basic Excel functions and other technology tools to organize and analyze information.
• Follow client procedures, applicable regulations and quality standards. Incorporate feedback from quality reviewers and meet production deadlines.
  

What you’ll bring

• A completed four-year bachelor’s degree. Early-career master’s graduates are also welcome.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Excel functions and familiarity with Office tools.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, collaborate and adapt to feedback.
• Advanced Excel skills, such as pivot tables, filtering and sorting, and strong research skills are a plus.

Work arrangement and schedule

• Full-time opportunity, with remote, hybrid or in-office arrangements determined by client requirements and subject to change.
• Candidates located within 40 miles of the sites in Highland Hills, Ohio; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; or Phoenix, Arizona may be required to work in-office.
• Training: Three weeks of virtual training from home. Full attendance and active participation are required.
• Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, subject to operational needs.

Compensation and benefits

• Starting salary: $40,000 per year, increasing to $42,000 upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period and satisfaction of performance requirements.
