Product Owner — Clinical Digital Products

We are seeking a Product Owner with healthcare/clinical product experience to support the development and continuous improvement of digital products used across clinical and provider workflows.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and clinical stakeholders to understand user needs, translate insights into product requirements, and support delivery of enhancements that improve clinician efficiency, care coordination, patient experience, and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and functional requirements
• Define acceptance criteria, support testing, and approve completed stories
• Translate clinician, provider, and patient feedback into actionable product enhancements
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate product and workflow decisions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and clinical stakeholders throughout development
• Document requirements, assumptions, decisions, and next steps
• Support Agile product delivery from discovery through release
• Develop a strong understanding of clinical workflows and how product decisions affect care delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related digital product role
• Experience contributing to digital products within Agile development teams
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or provider workflows
• Experience developing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Comfortable using data and user feedback to inform product decisions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Interest in and familiarity with AI-enabled digital products
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field

Nice to have

Experience with SQL, analytics, user research, healthcare technology, or AI capabilities such as NLP, virtual agents, predictive analytics, or workflow automation.
