Technical Caller / Professional Outreach Specialist – AI & Technology

About the Role

We are looking for experienced English-speaking professional callers to support our company with business and technology-related calls.

The ideal candidate has native or near-native English communication skills, excellent phone presence, and previous professional calling experience.

A strong background in technology, software development, AI/ML, IT, or technical recruiting/outreach is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Conduct professional outbound and scheduled calls on behalf of our company.
• Communicate confidently with recruiters, hiring managers, technical professionals, business partners, and other professional contacts.
• Handle conversations related to AI/ML, software engineering, technology, recruiting, and business opportunities.
• Clearly understand the purpose of each call and communicate naturally rather than simply reading from a script.
• Ask appropriate follow-up questions and accurately capture important information.
• Provide concise call summaries and outcomes after conversations.
• Learn our projects, terminology, and communication style quickly.

Requirements

Must Have

• Native or near-native English speaking ability.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Professional, confident, and natural phone presence.
• Previous experience with professional/business calling.
• Ability to think quickly and respond naturally during live conversations.
• Reliable internet connection, microphone/headset, and quiet working environment.
• Availability during U.S. business hours across Eastern, Central, and/or Pacific Time Zones.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience making calls related to technology or software.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, software engineering, SaaS, IT, or technical recruiting.
• Experience communicating with recruiters, engineers, executives, hiring managers, or business professionals.
• Customer success, recruiting, sales development, business development, or technical support experience.
