Required locations: Boston, Charlotte, San Francisco, NYC
Bank equipment/laptop required to stay in the US.
This is a 1099 engagement.
We're looking for a Business Analyst for our Design Program team with expert-level skills in Jira and Excel to support the Design Program Managers on our team - tracking design project data, progress, activities, etc. - across our entire digital product portfolio. This is a support role that doesn't require project/program managing teams/projects.
You’re a person who has (required skills)
- Expertise in using Jira and Excel to track and analyze project progress and health
- Excellent attention to details to enter data flawlessly and maintain data hygiene across a large portfolio of activities
- No more than 3 years of professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work co-located with other designers and partners. (Not remote.)

- General understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Sprints, Agile and other process methodologies used in the product and digital environment
- Experience/understanding of software used by designers and project managers, such as Sketch, InVision, and other common design tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Design, or related digital or business process-related field
