Design Program Management Analyst (SF, NYC, Boston, Charlotte)

US ONLY (no exception) / Hybrid requiring 3 days/week in office

Required locations: Boston, Charlotte, San Francisco, NYC 

Bank equipment/laptop required to stay in the US.

This is a 1099 engagement.

We're looking for a Business Analyst for our Design Program team with expert-level skills in Jira and Excel to support the Design Program Managers on our team - tracking design project data, progress, activities, etc. - across our entire digital product portfolio. This is a support role that doesn't require project/program managing teams/projects. 

You’re a person who has (required skills)

• Expertise in using Jira and Excel to track and analyze project progress and health
• Excellent attention to details to enter data flawlessly and maintain data hygiene across a large portfolio of activities
• No more than 3 years of professional experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work co-located with other designers and partners. (Not remote.)

You’ll be better prepared if you have (desired skills)

• General understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Sprints, Agile and other process methodologies used in the product and digital environment
• Experience/understanding of software used by designers and project managers, such as Sketch, InVision, and other common design tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Design, or related digital or business process-related field
• Financial services experience
• Strong presentation skills
