Senior Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist high level Google Ads implementations. This role is exclusively focused on Google Ads. Candidates should have deep platform expertise rather than broad multi-channel experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking setups including Google Tag Manager configurations, enhanced conversions, and consent mode compliance
• Configure offline conversion imports via CRM integrations, Google Ads API, or manual uploads to optimize campaigns against actual business outcomes rather than just online actions
• Conduct advanced audience building using Customer Match, remarketing lists, and first-party data strategies in preparation for cookie deprecation

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
• Proven experience setting up offline conversion tracking pipelines, including CRM-to-Google Ads data flows, GCLID capture and storage, and conversion import scheduling
• Deep understanding of the Google Ads API for bulk operations, automated reporting, and custom integrations
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager including server-side tagging implementations
• Experience implementing enhanced conversions for both web and leads
