About the Role
Apply senior legal-practice expertise to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, review, and improve realistic legal tasks, analyze complex issues, apply relevant law, and refine AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and practical usefulness.
What You'll Do
- Produce high-difficulty legal tasks and gold-standard solutions.
- Review and calibrate work involving contracts, agreements, policies, legal research, regulatory interpretation, and business-facing advice.
- Identify risks, edge cases, and ambiguous evaluation standards while maintaining consistent quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal practice at Senior Associate, Counsel, or equivalent level in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- A Juris Doctor plus active bar admission, or an equivalent legal qualification and professional license applicable to your region.
- Advanced experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising commercial contracts, agreements, policies, or other legal documents.
- Strong legal research, analytical judgment, and ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance experience is helpful but not required.
Engagement and Selection
This project is expected to run for approximately nine weeks. You should be available for at least four hours per day and have some overlap with Pacific Time. Depending on project needs and your interest, there may be an option to work up to 40 hours per week. Weekly hours are not guaranteed. Selection includes a job interest form and role assessment, followed by onboarding steps for selected candidates.
