About the Role
Apply senior accounting and audit expertise to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks across financial reporting, complex accounting, controls, compliance, and assurance.
What You'll Do
- Produce high-difficulty accounting and audit tasks and gold-standard solutions.
- Review and calibrate work for technical accuracy, professional judgment, practical realism, and consistent quality.
- Evaluate financial statements, disclosures, reporting requirements, internal controls, audit evidence, and material risks.
- Identify edge cases and ambiguous evaluation standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of accounting or audit experience at Manager-Director level in public accounting or as an industry Controller.
- A CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent regionally relevant accounting qualification. CIA or CISA is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, complex accounting issues, financial statements, disclosures, and reporting requirements.
- Strong experience designing, evaluating, and improving financial-reporting and compliance controls.
- Audit judgment in assessing risk, reviewing evidence, and identifying material issues.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. AI evaluation or quality-assurance experience is helpful but not required.
Engagement and Selection
This project is expected to run for approximately nine weeks. You should be available for at least four hours per day and have some overlap with Pacific Time. Depending on project needs and your interest, there may be an option to work up to 40 hours per week. Weekly hours are not guaranteed. Selection includes a job interest form and role assessment, followed by onboarding steps for selected candidates.
Compensation
$70 USD per hour.
