Description
Our client is seeking experienced behavioral-health professionals to evaluate and annotate mental-health and psychological-wellbeing content for AI systems. The work requires careful clinical judgment, emotional resilience, confidentiality, and consistent application of safety-escalation guidance.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated mental-health content for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
- Annotate text, audio, surveys, and conversations involving mood, stress, emotional states, and wellbeing.
- Label emotional tone, mood indicators, stress markers, and wellbeing themes using established frameworks.
- Identify sensitive content, including crisis language and self-harm indicators, and follow the project's escalation protocols.
- Preserve context, nuance, and cultural sensitivity in ambiguous cases.
- Help refine annotation guidance while handling sensitive content professionally and confidentially.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral-health field.
- Understanding of mental-health terminology and common wellbeing frameworks.
- Strong emotional resilience and judgment when reviewing sensitive material.
- Ability to follow strict confidentiality and safety-escalation protocols.
- Ability to commit for 8 weeks, work 8 hours per day, and overlap at least 4 hours with Pacific Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's- or doctoral-level clinical training, MSW/LCSW background, or related licensure or certification.
- Direct clinical practice using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or MBSR.
- Trauma-informed review, outpatient/community mental-health, content-moderation, or mental-health annotation experience.
Compensation
$42 USD per hour.
