AI Agent Engineer

Goal

A generated list of potential investors in a new Padel club in the US. The stack shuls use multiple agents for different functions, with an orchestrator to coordinate and weed out hallucinations. The results should ideally be ported to Zoho CRM, or an acceptable upload format (to be discussed.)

The model should be "tweakable" amendable by a non-technical person.
The intent is to run this once, to generate a list of qualified investors that I can approach. A re-run may be required if unsuccessful. This is an internal tool, not for eternal use.

Output

The list should be qualified using a set of described criteria, with no duplicates, and include the following information;

- Individual name
- Company
- Address (city as a minimum)
- Contact email
- Contact telephone number
- Links to posted information about the individual and/or company's connection to Padel and how this qualifies them as a potential investor
- company and/or individual LinkedIn and social media pages
- any company identified as a potential investor (e.g. previously developed a club in the US) must be accompanied by an identified individual with contact details. "info@" contact emails are nor acceptable
- email addresses should be company, not personal email addresses (e.g. exclude @outlook, @yahoo, @gmail, @hotmail, @me addresses)
- typical investment size $1M - $10M, avoid investors with larger investment portfolios

to be confirmed by discussion, but likely to include the following;

- LinkedIn posts
- trade websites and journals
- business and mainstream newspaper websites
- paid-for databases (e.g. rocketreach or newspaper article aggregators with access to expensive sources (e.g. FT.com) [Is Factiva and example?] Open to suggestions
- Crunchbase, Apollo.io, Pitchbook. Paid account keys/API credentials will be provided, unless the engineer already has access to some of these
- All access to sources should adhere to ToS

Qualifying criteria
Qualification criteria (not exhaustive) - one or more of the following (the more, the better). The output should state which of the criteria apply to each lead;
- has invested in Padel or Pickleball in the US in the last 18 months
- is quoted in a story or article about Padel in the US, speaking positively about growth
- is an owner or investor in an existing US Padel company
- real estate development companies that have developed Padel or Pickelball facilities in the 2025 or 2026
- real estate companies in the following locations that have recently developed large projects;
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Georgia
- Virginia
- Tennessee
- Oklahoma
- Professional or semi-professional Padel players in the US
- Family offices that invest in North Carolina
- Country clubs in the states above that already have Padel courts
- Professional sportsmen/women in non-Padel sports who had commented positively about Padel tennis in the US in the last 90 days
- Non-US individuals/companies who have commented positively about US Padel growth in 2026
