Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare operations, member experiences, and enterprise decision-making systems. We are seeking professionals currently working in large healthcare organisations to participate in a 30-minute online survey.

The study will explore operational workflows, cross-functional collaboration, technology usage, organisational challenges, and perspectives on emerging AI tools within healthcare and health services environments. Responsibilities

Participants will be asked to:

Requirements

Employment

Currently employed at a large healthcare, health services, insurance, pharmacy benefits, or managed care organisation.

Role

Currently working in a corporate, operational, strategic, analytical, technical, or leadership-focused role within a healthcare organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience working within enterprise healthcare or health services environments

• Familiarity with organisational workflows, operational processes, or cross-functional collaboration

• Comfortable participating in a structured research survey

• Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey
