Description:

We’re looking for experienced recruiters to help source, screen, and place top talent across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to build strong candidate pipelines and drive the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria

  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline volume, conversion rates) and report on progress

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

  • Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting workflows
