Description:
We’re looking for experienced recruiters to help source, screen, and place top talent across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to build strong candidate pipelines and drive the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels

Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria

Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline volume, conversion rates) and report on progress

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications
-
2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)

Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting workflows
