Description

Celsius is hiring a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the day-to-day operation of our core financial systems — primarily Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) and Esker — across our international entities, while also working across connected finance, ERP, reporting, and workflow systems.

Sitting between Finance and IT, you will be the operational expert that Finance teams across our European entities rely on for system support, configuration changes, and process guidance.

You will manage a continuous flow of system change requests via Jira, support financial close, govern Esker workflows, and drive process improvements. Alongside this operational ownership, you will support the Financial Systems Manager on providing project coordination support on key system initiatives.

**Please note:

  • Salary range (45k - 55k) in in Euros per year
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring to be onsite at our office in Barcelona 3x days per week

Key Responsibilities

GP & Esker System Operations

  • Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, ensuring system stability and performance across international entities
  • Maintain system configurations (workflows, posting rules, validations)
  • Manage Jira ticket queue — reviewing, authorising, coordinating implementation with IT, and verifying UAT before production deployment
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close: data integrity checks, reconciliations, and direct coordination with entity Finance teams to resolve open items

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Gather and document business requirements with Finance teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements; define requirements, coordinate development, and document outcomes
  • Assist in user training sessions and develop SOPs, how-to guides, and process documentation
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting outputs in collaboration with Finance stakeholders
  • Support ERP projects (enhancements, integrations, migrations)

International Entity Support

  • Support multiple international entities, ensuring alignment of processes, controls, and configurations
  • Ensure alignment across international entities (tax, currency, reporting)
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize and scale business processes

Project Management & ERP Initiatives

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in mitigation planning
  • Contribute to global ERP transformation efforts (e.g., future-state ERP initiatives, system migrations, or integrations)

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide project coordination support on system initiatives: track deliverables, maintain action logs, and ensure follow-through across workstreams
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across active projects; escalate promptly to the Financial Systems Manager
  • Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and external partners — translating business needs into system requirements and communicating system constraints clearly
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, IT, and Internal Audit stakeholders across geographies

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–6 years in a BSA or ERP/Financial Systems Analyst role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) - configuration, troubleshooting, and close support - or strong experience supporting similar financial ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, Business Central/Navision, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, or Workday Financials
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent ticketing/change management systems
  • Strong understanding of financial processes in an ERP context: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, billing, revenue, reconciliations, or close support
  • Experience in multi-entity international finance environments, including exposure to multi-currency, intercompany, local reporting, tax, or entity-specific controls
  • Excellent communication skills across Finance stakeholders in different geographies
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, applied in an ERP/finance systems support context; able to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred

  • Exposure to project coordination or PMO practices: action tracking, risk logs, status reporting
  • Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or post-go-live operational support
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and SQL
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and financial system compliance
  • Experience working in a high-growth or CPG environment
